Tom is a First Contact Practitioner (FCP), an experienced physiotherapist with advanced skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating Musculoskeletal (MSK) issues. Tom is often the first person patients see at the surgery for problems related to joints, muscles, and bones.

Patients with MSK concerns can be booked in to see Tom by practice staff or a GP. Tom provides expert MSK opinions and, if needed, can refer patients for X-rays, blood tests, or other investigations. Additionally, Tom may refer patients to routine physiotherapy or to specialists such as rheumatologists or orthopaedic surgeons when further care is required.
