Hello, I’m Toyosi, and I joined the PCN in April 2019. Before this, I worked in community pharmacies, where I gained extensive knowledge and experience.

To become a clinical pharmacist, I completed a five-year programme that included both academic study and practical training. This involved earning a Master’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm) and completing a foundation training year.

As a clinical pharmacist, I’m part of the general practice team, providing expert advice on medicines and consulting directly with patients. I help manage long-term conditions and offer guidance to those on multiple medications.
